Hi I’m Cecilia. I’m a Biomedical Science Major at ODU. I’m looking for 3 roommates for my current unit with ODUrent. The unit is a 4bd/2bth duplex. The new lease terms starts on May 15th but anyone who’s interested has until the end of May 2026 to get on the new lease term. Rent is $493/month not including utilities, which usually ranges from $100-$150/month for water, power, electric, and wifi. I’m a very clean individual and keep to myself.
