About the room
We’ve got a room with private bathroom opening up in our 4 bed 4 bath ~2800 sq ft house in Superior opening up on July 1st and we are looking for a new roommate! Either M or F. This house is just a 15 minute drive to Boulder, 20 minute drive to Arvada/Golden, or a stone’s throw from Broomfield.
We’ve got ample garage and basement storage for all of your outdoor activity gear.
There’s a full weight room (squat rack + bench + platform) in the basement that is shared and available to you whenever. The house also has a full guest bed for friends & family to stay whenever.
About the roomies
We’ve got 2 males and 1 female right now, plus 1 cat. We’re all mid-20s and either working or grad schooling. The males in the house are big bikers (MTB + gravel) and always going to ride. The female enjoys art, cooking, and generally spends a good bit of time trying to finish her PhD.
