About the room
Forgive the poor photos I am in the process of cleaning out the room and preparing for a housemate. Open to temporary (30 day) terms. Looking for a female to share a 2 bed 1 bath private, fully furnished 900 SF home. Inside laundry. Driveway parking. All utilities included. Full house privileges. Please no drugs or alcohol. Full-time job or student. 30-90 day trial agreement with extension option. I do have some furniture (a day bed that converts to a King, small dresser and bookshelf) in the spare room if you need it, or you can bring your own. Ideal if you are a traveling nurse and just need a room for a month or two.
About the roomies
I am a busy professional woman looking for a quiet, respectful housemate. I prefer living with another woman who will clean up after herself and does not intend to have overnight guests. I am super laid back and friendly. I have a 12 lb Shih Tzu who is also very laid back and well behaved. He never barks and is a total love bug.
