The main bedroom for rent is 12’0“ x 15’0“, with a bathroom attached. The Bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, and a nice sink. The bedroom has two large windows, and is very spacious - it comes with a king-size frame, bookshelf, dresser, and a standing dresser. The furniture can be removed, and bring in your own - just need to know ahead of time so i can move things around. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer inside, a spacious shared living room, and a kitchen. It also comes with a patio to chill outside. The apartment complex has a gym, two pools, a mail room, a book nook, and a playground. Very walkable - decent sidewalks, but there are cracks, so it may give some wheelchair users difficulty depending on the space. Very close to a grocery store (max 7 minutes walk), bus stop (10 minutes walk), Enloe Hospital (30 min), and Chico State (45 min walk)

Administration Fee - $35 per adult (MWS Properties) Water, Sewage & Garbage - $50/month (Already added cost in rent above) 1 pet: $25/month (cats only please - or retiles, fish, birds, etc.)

My name is Starlene, and I am a previous student at Chico State. Currently working a retail job; however, I am on the hunt for a second. I am pretty quiet, tend to stay in my room, and enjoy a lot of alone time - especially after work. My last roommate was someone whom I aided in caregiving, thus the furniture left over. Enjoying gaming, reading, and if you’re into punk, metal, goth, anime, etc., then we should get along fine! Very clean - tend to clean a lot when I feel stressed. No large parties, but a general hangout is fine! Smoking outside is required.
