About the room
Spacious private bedroom available in a beautiful, clean private house. The room features great natural sunlight, a closet, and its own private entrance for added privacy and convenience. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
Features include: • Central heat & A/C included • Clean and well-maintained home • Quiet, respectful all-female tenants • Private entrance • Bright room with closet space • WiFi included • Kitchen available to be used anytime with microwave, toaster, air fryer and stove. • Only thing I ask is you get your own mini fridge because mine isn’t big enough to use for all tenants. • I do have a small sick dog. She never barks and sleeps the majority of the day.
Requirements: • Proof of employment and credit check required • Low credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis • One month’s rent + one month security deposit required
Current tenant moves out May 31st. Room will be available starting June 1st.
