Hello future Roomie, I have 2 rooms available upstairs spacious with big windows. This is ideal for a single mom non smoker who lives a quiet lifestyle no more than 1 child older than 10years of age. The bathroom would be exclusivey yours. There is a peaceful outside patio area. A very nice safe neighborgood and pleasant neighbors. As for me and my children(2) we will live downstairs and use the living room bathroom.) About the roomies
I have a quiet lifestyle and a quiet person. Formally I was in the Navy for 7 years as medi/ dental tech. Recently I work remotely and living with my 6 year old son and 8 year old dad. There awesome and they love to visit there dad and see there older cousins. I am looking for a roommate that is responsible, respectable, clean, and looking to save a few coins for a little while.
