The unit is a second-floor 3b/1b that sits on top of a larger house below. It is only accessible via a flight of stairs. There is enough space in the driveway for 3 cars if we squeeze, but it is usually better to try to park on the street if possible of if you don’t have a car- even better! There is no dishwasher but there is plenty of dryer rack space. It’s about a 10-minute walk to WWU or to downtown, so it’s perfect for students. The room itself is spacious enough to comfortably fit a queen-sized bed and desk, and has a decent-sized closet. There is a window that opens with a screen on it. There is no ceiling light, so apart from using the ample natural light, you will have to light it creatively. It is the first room and closest to the front door.
Hi!! My name is Rafa. I am a 25-year-old man (he/they) who is an LGBTQIA+ ally and an entrepreneur. I work as a server at the Semiahmoo resort for my main income. I’m an extrovert who loves to do fun activities but I also enjoy hanging around the house with friends or just myself to play all kinds of games or watch a show/movie. I also like to go out to clubs and raves when I have some people who want to go with me! I am going into my final year at WWU. My major is Business Administration - Management, and I’m minoring in Global Studies and Entrepreneurship. Some of my other hobbies are bouldering, creating board/card games, some amount of various arts, EDM music, walking, picnicking, cooking, and eating good food. I absolutely adore cats, but I don’t have any of my own, so I would be happy to get a roommate or two with a kitty. I like to keep my spaces clean but I’m not a neat freak. I am also all about communication, community, and mutual respect.
