$50 per month for all utilities (wifi, electricity, water and garbage) One month-free discount if you sign 1 year lease. Minimum six months.
To move-in you need , first and deposit. If you stay after one year, it converts to month-to-month.
As you can see from the pictures is totally furnished and therefore you will find anything you need to be comfortable.

There is a bathroom (toilet and sink) There is also a desk in a small room next to the bedroom. And this small room can be use as an office.
A queen size bed, and bedside table, smart TV roku, headset. Mirrors, Refrigerator and microwave in your room and access to a full size kitchen to prepare dinners
The shower is shared and is downstairs in the main bathroom out off the hallway.
I am a female graduated with a degree in Science from UC Berkeley now working on my Masters degree.
I am clean and quiet and working toward personal academic goals.
If you use the kitchen we normally divide the shores and and alternate the tasks every 2 weeks.
You will be responsible for the cleaning of your room, please vacuumi at least once every 2 weeks at a minimum. I provide all the cleaning supplies and the machines.
We don’t smoke, drink or do drugs (legal or illegal). We visit the gym regularly, we don’t own any pets. We will prefer no pets. We respect each’s privacy and personality.
I am looking for a commitment of 6 months to a year lease for this room. And once again if you sign a year lease you will get one month free rent free.
