Its a one floor house with spacious attic. About 1,100 square foot house. In unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom of the house is up for rent. Fair warning, the house is under remodel and will have contractors around and small projects here and there as finances permit. Trim work, flooring updates, vanity, etc. It’s a 2 bedroom one bathroom house with a large driveway. Photos are a bit out of date due to the remodel. If you would like more photos i can send them for all but the currently occupied room. That roomie will be gone aug 16th.

I am usually around the house doing projects and remodeling. I don’t tend to have too many people over, usually one frequent guest. I don’t tend to make too much of a mess since I clean up afrer myself. I’m usually easy to find if things need to be fixed or updated. Always willing to have open communication and will be respectful of people around me. I love archery and wrestling as hobbies and am always willing to make plans.
