I am currently looking for a roommate to share a one-bedroom apartment. Rent would be $900 per month. This would be a shared living arrangement, i would also give choice either 2 rooms. looking for someone responsible, respectful, clean, and reliable. Decent sized kitchen. Dishwasher and laundry closet, washer dryer. Apt has a balcony. Decent sized bathroom.

Please note that anyone interested would be required to complete a full background and credit check through carol stream crossing leading agent before being considered. This would go through the complex itself not me if you’re wondering.

It’s only me living in the apartment. I work during the day, keep the place clean, and mostly keep to myself and mind my business. I’m respectful, quiet, and like to maintain a peaceful living environment.
