- I am loud, unexpectedly, as I am private. Semi-retired so at the house a lot.
- Pool is mine, but will vacate as required.
- Fairly clean and neat. Have a housekeeper. She does not pick up or wash dishes. You want that, you pay for it.
- Dog and cat, their house, but upstairs can/will be blocked off. - Dog door, if you have a pet.
- Won’t bitch, will notice if you can’t keep my place respectable.
