Hello! We’re looking for a third roommate for a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. The bedroom and bathroom is private, and comes with a walk-in closet and garage parking spot. Our apartment is located right in Downtown Santa Ana, which is a great spot for anyone looking to get involved with events happening in the city, stores, and restaurants. We’re looking for someone who is LGBTQ friendly, or LGBTQ themselves as we are both non-binary. It’d also be preferred to have someone without severe pet dander allergies, as we have an ESA kitty in the house. She’s very friendly to humans, but also doesn’t work well with other animals, so we cannot accept any other pets at this time.
