Furnished or unfurnished room for rent in two-story four-bedroom house in country setting located just outside of Leesburg. Very large furnished bedroom with private bath, walk-in closet & separate sitting/TV room with recliner & big screen TV. If you have your own furniture I can move my furniture out. You will have front door entrance to your room which is located on the second floor.

Is furnished with a new pillow-top queen-sized bed, student desk & chair, two nightstands, lamps, and small tables. The smaller bed in the photo has been removed. Kitchen and laundry privileges available.

Will be renting out just this one room so only two people including me will be living in the house once the room has been rented out. Parking is in the driveway. Looking for a non-smoker and no dogs or cats please. I don’t do cannabis but if you do that is ok.

Am an easy-going person that is respectful of others and their privacy. Currently there is a female living in the room but she is moving out-of-state soon.
