The second option is the “Green Room,” a cozy, private bedroom featuring distinctive wood-paneled walls. This listing is for the WFH Suite for $850 a month. About the property: The house features a great split floor plan that maximizes privacy (a third roommate lives in a completely separate back unit with their own entrance). You’ll share the front house’s spacious living room—complete with wood-look flooring and a brand-new ceiling fan—and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the best features of the property is the massive tree in the yard. It provides incredible shade over the house and the outdoor patio, which is an absolute lifesaver during Florida summers. We also have a new smart lock on the front door for secure, keyless entry. About the area: Located in a quiet, laid-back neighborhood near Largo Central Park, you are perfectly positioned in the heart of Pinellas County. You’re just a short, easy drive to the beautiful Gulf beaches (like Indian Rocks and Largo’s waterfront) and incredibly close to the Pinellas Trail. It’s a very central spot, making commutes to downtown St. Pete, Clearwater, or Tampa highly manageable, with plenty of grocery stores, gyms, and everyday essentials right around the corner.

There is currently only a single person who lives at the backmost part of the house, operating as the de-facto property manager. He is 22 years of age, currently studying at college in Cybersecurity. Whilst eccentric, he keeps to himself.
