Located at Highlander at North Campus near UCR, this is a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with separate individual leases for each bedroom. The apartment includes a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, while the kitchen and living room are shared spaces.

The unit is fully furnished and includes in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, central AC, dishwasher, modern kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, and a private balcony. This is a 2 bedroom apartment with separate leases, so there may or may not currently be another roommate living in the other room.

The second bedroom is also available, so if you are interested, there is a possibility to move in with a friend/roommate and each person can lease one room separately. Just note that the other bedroom is managed separately and not under my lease, so you would need to coordinate directly with the leasing office/management regarding that room.
