To ensure everyone has fair access, laundry days are assigned. The home includes two washers and one dryer, as well as two refrigerators for extra food storage space.

I work from home Monday through Friday and take pride in maintaining the home, including handling all of the yard work myself. I also have a friendly French Bulldog. Outside of my corporate career in Human Resources, I’m a songwriter and musician, and I previously danced at Disney for 8 years before transitioning into HR.

The other two roommates both work in the entertainment industry — one works with the parks and the other works in film production. We’re all respectful, clean, and easygoing. While we occasionally have cookouts or hang out together, everyone generally keeps to themselves and values a peaceful, private living environment.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, and communicates well. All utilities are split evenly between roommates.
