The room can comfortably fit a double bed and can be either furnished based on your needs or left unfurnished if you prefer to set it up yourself. The office desk setup is a key highlight, making it perfect for studying, working from home, or creating a productive personal space.

About me: I work early mornings, usually waking up around 4am, leaving by 5am, and returning home around 12–1pm. I keep the space clean and organized and expect mutual respect for shared areas and personal boundaries.

In my free time, I enjoy paddle boarding at the nearby beach (just a minute walk away), taking care of indoor plants, and I’m planning to get a motorcycle this summer.
