Great location! 2min drive to MA Pike on ramps. 10mins from: Brighton center, Arsenal Mall area, South Waltham. Close to several groceries stores; wholefoods, star market, trader joes, stop & shop; a bit further is Hannafords & market basket. Target about 10-15mins away Large spacious 1st floor apartment with lots of natural light. Eat in Kitchen, hardwood floors in all rooms except kitchen & bath, laundry in the basement, off street Parking, large screened in porch area, large yards - front & back; back area has patio area to relax, grill & chill, sit in sun and read. Looking for busy business professional. Super cool and chill. No smokers, No pets, no 3rd roommate. No Drama. Kindness, Consideration, Courtesy, Respect & Empathy - my mantra and the overall expectations in a shared living environment. Only need to furnish your bedroom. Iām moving in throughout July. Me - seasoned male business professional who has worked in some form of people services industries most of my life. I work mostly from home now. I love music of all kinds, reading, watching great series & movies on streaming sites, some sports - though Iām not emotionally invested as I used to be years ago.
