About the room
Me and my husband own our 5 bedroom, 3 bath, home in Tolleson Arizona, cross streets are 103rd and lower Buckeye. We have one bedroom that’s upstairs that will available in June. Rent at this time is $900.00 pluse a $100.00 deposit. That Will be refunded upon your departure, if room in same conditions as you moved in. All utilities are included, also free wifi, free internet, washer and dryer, full kitchen privilege.
About the rent Rent is $900.00 during summer (May through September) only due to the extra cost of usage. But after September rent will be reduced to $800.00
About the roomies
Me and my husband have a 10-year-old son, he is homeschool. we’re laid back, we don’t drink, we don’t smoke, while we prefer someone who don’t smoke if you do smoke we prefer you to do it outside drinking we do not mind as long as you don’t leave your bottles and cans all over the place. I love cooking we all once in awhile will come together with everyone in the home and do some karaoke on the weekends for fun. we have three renters one is moving out that’s why our room is coming up for rental but she had been here almost 6 years, thev other two renters one has been here for 3 years and one is going on a year. We also have a little Shih Tzu her name is Qutiepie Pie
