About the room
Renting out the second bedroom in my 2BD/2BA condo. The bedroom is a comfortable size with enough space for a bed, desk, and dresser. It also has a small closet for storage. I am able to remove the shower curtains and mats in the second bathroom if you prefer to bring your own. There is shared access to the kitchen and living areas. Ideal for someone looking for an affordable, peaceful place to stay. The price includes all utilities and your own parking spot.
About the roomies
Iām easygoing, respectful, and pretty low-key. I work and go to school at ASU, so I stay fairly busy and appreciate a comfortable home environment. I keep shared spaces clean, communicate openly, and value living with someone considerate, responsible, and easy to get along with. Iām very active, I go to the gym almost every day, play rugby, enjoy watching TV or movies, or I spend my time playing games.
