About the room
Looking for someone to move into a 2 bedroom apartment that I was just accepted for. It’s cheap - it’s smaller, The utilities is only electric and gas. The baseboards in the bedroom are electric. & Then there is a gas heater in the living room. Internet is $30 a month and gas/electric would be 1/3 or the bill. But would never be more than a total of 1,000 a month for both rent and utilities. Heater hot water internet.
You would be added to the lease, so this would be an apartment share. You have to have at least a 600 credit score or close to it. Have an income that’s 2,000 or more gross. This is per the leasing company for the apartment. This would be just as much your apartment as it would be mine.
420 is okay, as well as smokers / vapers but it would need to be done on the front or back porch. You have your own parking spot. And their is a laundry room in the complex. This apartment is in an apartment building but has its own porch / outside entrance. It is not inside an apartment building that has your entrance inside a building.
I applied with a coworker who has now backed out. So I am scrambling to find someone before I lose the opportunity of renting this apartment.
The photos are stock photos from another apartment in the building. But the layout all mirror one another. I have been told that the cabinets and floors are all new. These photos are not mine !! And the room is not furnished.
About the roomies
We are a clean married couple who have been married for 9 years. I am 32 and my husband is 44. I’m an assistant manager as a store in town. I work full time. My husband currently stays home as we are trying to get him on disability. We both do smoke cigarettes and vape but we do so outside. We are quite and respectful and expect the same in return.
My husband plays video games and is a horror movie buff. I just am laid back that loves relaxing when I am not working, going shopping and going to New places!
We are not looking for a couple - someone with a significant other is fine. But they would have to follow the policies of being a guest per the leasing agency. We don’t micro manage. We aren’t in your business. We would like someone who does like to hang out in the living room and chat. And doesn’t just hide in there room making it awkward … Non the less we are looking to meet a new friend and a room mate all in one !
