Private bedroom in a spacious apartment in the heart of Koreatown. Two blocks away from the newly expanded B & D metro lines (about 5 minute walk). Close to many Koreatown classics such as The Prince, Open Market, Dan Sung Sa, etc. Close to USC (about a 20 minute bus ride) and DTLA (10-15 minute metro ride). In-building laundry unit available. Full kitchen available, plus two fridges that we split among ourselves. Unit is rent-stabilized.

We’re a LGBTQ+ friendly couple living with one other roommate. We are all either involved in film or nonprofits and work throughout most of the day. During weekends, we usually like to keep ourselves busy with things outside the apartment. Otherwise, we like to hang out in the living and enjoy the space.
