Private room and private full bathroom. The room is ~10x11 and has a large, mirrored closet. Note that the pictures show a mattress in the room, but this will be removed before your move-in! The bathroom has a small vanity with storage beneath, and a full tub with detachable showerhead.

Our A/C is fairly new and runs well (we keep it cold here), and we have in-unit laundry!

The complex is a safe, gated community with plenty of open parking, tennis courts, a small gym, and a pool/hot tub. Our windows all face a well-manicured lawn and garden, and there are several benches available throughout the property.

We’re located across from a full grocery store and a Dutch Bro’s, and only a short walk to a bus stop or quick drive to the light rail station! We also have several nice parks in the area if you like to get your steps in.

**Please note that the owner of our unit does not allow animals. We have two registered ESA’s, but unfortunately we cannot accept pets of any kind.

My name is Will (he/him), and I’m a 36 year old trans man. I work for a legal service company on a hybrid work from home schedule. My husband, Parker (24, he/him), works for a movie theater in Folsom. We’re both neuro-spicy, quiet homebodies who enjoy spending our free time playing boardgames and online games with friends, or getting cozy in the living room with a good anime. When we do leave the house, we enjoy nature walks and catching local concerts!

We have two therapy cats, Midna (9y) & Salem (1y). Midna’s a shy and quiet girl, but if she chooses you as one of her humans, she’ll gift you the best cuddles. Salem wants to be in everyone’s business, and will play fetch with almost any toy you throw for him. Both are well mannered, non-destructive cats, but know that anything left on the ground is fair game and may be hoarded under the bed by the kitten.

We’re looking for a like-minded individual of any gender. Our ideal housemate is LGBT+ (or ally), tidy, a non-smoker, and a cat lover. Quiet is a must from 8-5 (week days) since I work from home and frequently have to take calls.
