Camden Yorktown Apartments. 1300 sqft 2bd2ba apartment, ground floor, faux wood floors, washer & dryer in unit, fast internet. Nice community pool, gym, and fenced pet park. Gated complex in a safe area, Kroger right down the street, fire department close by.
I’ve been here for almost 2.5 years. It’s a quiet community and the service people are quick. The bedroom will be unfurnished, the common areas have some of my roommates that’s going with them, but I’ll replace that stuff pretty quickly if you don’t have anything to fill it in with.
You’ll have the option of renting one of the available garages for 100/month if you want. Rent covers internet, trash pickup, and water.
About the roomies
Just me (36M) and my 2 cats, both friendly. I’m easy going, clean and quiet. I enjoy good coffee and video games. I’m at work a bunch so you’ll get plenty of alone time. I’ve got my bills covered and I’m looking for low drama. I’d like to meet up before hand to chat if we can make that happen.
