Hi everyone, my name is Westen and I’m looking for someone to rent out the other bedroom in my condo for the 2026–2027 school year. Rent is $750/month + deposit. I’m 20 years old, going into my junior year at Chico State, and I’m majoring in Construction Management. I like to keep my place chill, clean, and respectful.
