This is a great spot for incoming students looking to arrive to Rhode Island early or people in transition! The room is medium-sized with a large closet on the second story of an airy house. Available until the end of the summer (with potential availability for year-round leasing that will be later decided). This is on a peaceful street in Ashaway 15 min from beaches, with a forest and creek in the backyard. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished and the bedroom’s current furniture (bed, drawers) can be purchased from the current resident at a discount!

My roommate and I are both female graduate students attending the University of Rhode Island. We like to get outside but mostly spend time relaxing and studying when we’re within the house.
