Clean and quiet place and hoping for drama free. Great safe location that is located about 15 minutes from town and the airport. Very centrally located for short commutes to beaches and both the west and southside of the island. Views of both the harbor and Iao Valley. The location itself is generally cooler and gets a lot of breeze.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished whatever your preference. It is a 1.5 bath so the bathroom is only partly shared. I don’t party or go out a lot so would prefer a relaxed individual as well. Rent includes internet and utilities. I also do have a dog and she is a medium sized and very sweet and loves everyone.
