I am a 30-year-old looking to rent out the master bedroom of my two-bedroom apartment. I will be living at this property in the smaller, guest room. The master bedroom as well as the entire living situation comes with a lot of amenities. For one, the master bedroom has its own private bathroom and two sinks attached. I’d like to specify however that I intend to rent out this room to ONE OCCUPANT ONLY. By living in this master bedroom, you will also have access to free parking, a free neighborhood swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a free community fitness center that has a gym and a bigger swimming pool as well as a bunch of other fun things to enjoy like tennis or air hockey. I’d also like to note that it is in close proximity to stores like Costco, CVS pharmacy, and more. All of the utilities including high speed internet will be free, except you will have to pay the share of half of the electricity, on top of the rent amount. I’m looking for a mature person, professional, or student, to have his own master bedroom. Parking is free at this complex. Unfurnished.
