Room - The room + remodeled private bath have a combined footprint of about 220 sq ft. Tinted windows + shutters to combat the heat. Carpet has been cleaned but it has some stains. Good closet space with some drawers/shelving. Small storage room between closet and bathroom.

Tenant - The other room is occupied by a 35 year old male that does not work from home. Kitchen - Full kitchen privileges. Gas cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Laundry - Washer/dryer are in unit. AC - Temperature is kept around 70 or 72. Heater does not work. TV/Wifi - ATT Wifi + all the TV channels you could ever want Parking - If you are comfortable reversing into a parking spot, you can park in the garage. Otherwise, there are parking spots in the condo loop/pod that you can use with a parking pass. One pass will be provided. Parking on the street is open to anyone without a pass. Misc - There is a small workout room with a padded floor, a rowing machine and some dumbbells. You are welcome to use them. There is a cleaning service that comes every other week. They will vacuum your room, clean your bathroom and clean all common areas (no extra charge to you for this service). There is a community pool/jacuzzi you can use. This is a non smoking house. Drinking is fine. This is a rental for a single occupant, not a couple. The occasional overnight guest is alright. No pets.

The other bedroom is occupied by me, a 35 year old male. I leave home early and get home late. Most nights at home I either watch tv or read. I don’t smoke, but I do like to drink on occasion.
