Nick's room
About the room
We have two rooms opening up in our Point Loma house starting June 13th. Looking for someone to live here until loosely October/November/December 2026 when the owner has other plans for the house. The house is super nice. We have a good fun friendly vibe between us and want to keep that going!
About us: We like to keep the house pretty clean. 420 friendly. None of us smoke cigarettes. We have friends over occasionally and you can too. We work M-F, so the house is pretty quiet during business hours. Sometimes on weekends we go or go to the beach together.
Downstairs room: 162 square feet. On the first floor, pretty close to the front door and living room. Unfurnished. You will share a bathroom with one person. Rent: $1,475 + utilities
Upstairs room: 161 square feet. On the second floor, close to the balcony. Unfurnished. You will share a bathroom with one person. Rent: $1,470 + utilities
About the house: The house is a 2 story, 6 bedroom, 2530 square foot house. None of our rooms share walls. There’s a large back deck with a hot tub. There’s a 2 car garage that we mainly use as storage/workshop rather than cars. The house has a lot of doors and we typically keep the back doors open so the dog can go in and out.
About the roomies
Nick 30: I moved to SD 2 years ago. I’m working a hybrid software engineering job, like to go to music festivals sometimes, also like to work on electronics projects and tinker!
Alejandro 27: I moved from Ensenada,MX to SD about 2 years ago and work for a Solar energy company as an engineer. I brought Tilin in who’s one of the best dogs you will meet. I like to do outdoor activities and play a lot of Padel, a racquet sport similar to pickleball. If you ever thought about learning or practicing spanish I could help. I also enjoy watching sport events and playing basketball.
Dylan 27: I’m from Honolulu, HI and lived abroad and on the East Coast prior to moving to SD a couple years back. I surf a lot, am very into history and film, and was working in defense tech before being laid off a couple weeks ago.
Tilin: The chillest dog ever.
