This apartment has the larger of the two bedrooms included. There the bathroom is shared and not that fancy. No singing cherubim or anything like that. There is a full size fireplace, enclosed, in the living room and lots of bookshelves. Also potentially 2 smallish fish tanks. There are two peach trees right outside the entrance steps in/out of the apartment- watch your step! All utilities, and the washer and dryer are included. For now, internet and cable are included. If that changes I will split the cost of a basic plan.

About the roomies

Hello! I am Cei (like see). I’m 56. (I had to go back and count- I couldn’t remember.) I am a transgender male. My sexuality is not a big part of my focus though, and I could give a hoot about yours. I write, am learning to ride my scooter, I cuddle my cat, watch tv and go to a friend’s house every Friday evening, and church on Sundays. (Disciples of Christ- the pastor is a good friend.) I’m a poet (for real) and travel for it sometimes but I promise not to write you a ballad.
