The townhouse is 1100 square feet 2B2B (rooms are on opposite sides of common space) you will have full-access to the whole shared living spaces in the home and storage in the 2-car garage. It is in the Portola Springs community so we have access to the pools and courts. My roommate is moving at the start of July maybe early so will confirm move-in date soon.

I have furnished the common spaces but the room is unfortunately not. I have made a small gym in the garage that you’re also open to use and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. It has a small patio with an outdoor dining set that makes for a great place to have your morning coffee.

Lovely quiet clean home just in need a new awesome roomie :) Side note: no animals per landlord.
