There are four rooms available, for a total rent of $2,900.

Rent is $725, payable through check or Venmo, and we only pay electricity/heat/internet. Internet would depend on the plan you choose (we previously did 2.5G/s for $25/mo/each), and we have central air system with VERY good AC and heat, usually no more than 10-13 per month (in warm months, house can stay at 62°!!). electricity is the most expensive, but these bills split for ways never go over $85 total per month

Completely renovated within the past three years, kitchen is all stainless steel appliances with a ton of cabinets, and huge basement for storage. Has new wash/dryer too. Bathroom is so new with a step in shower, but no tub. Outlets everywhere 3 bedrooms are hardwood floors, and the smallest by the kitchen is on vinyl Large living room space, Backyard with a small patio space, fenced from other lots Locked by pin code, no key. House is secured by SimpliSafe, but no cameras are in the unit. Landlords are local and are very helpful with any repairs or issues Street parking is available in front of the house, or on the next street, never had an issue finding a spot less than a 1min walk from the house. Ceilings are 10ft in all spaces, walls are white, windows are huge. Back patio by the kitchen faces east, front door faces west. We are leaving due to many of the roommates graduating, we were previously students, but this is not student-only housing!

We are currently students trying to find people to take over our lease as it ends, please let us know if you are interested!! Come in a group of 4, or looking for individual rooms. This house can be rented by 3 people with a cost of $967/per person instead.
