Downstairs features a large open-concept living room and shared space perfect for relaxing, hanging out, movie nights, or hosting friends, plus a breakfast bar area.

The home has a calm, modern feel with sage green tones, botanical touches, and lots of natural light throughout. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced backyard with space to unwind, relax, or get some fresh air.

🛏 Available Rooms: Two private upstairs bedrooms with great natural light. Bedrooms available furnished or unfurnished — your choice. Keypad locks on bedroom doors.

🚽 Bathroom: One spacious shared bathroom between the two new roommates featuring a double vanity.

🎮 Bonus Perk: Bedroom #4 has been transformed into a shared game/media room featuring a wall-sized projector and PS5 for gaming nights, movies, or just hanging out.

🐾 Home Environment: One well-behaved dog and one cat currently live here. To keep the home balanced, additional pets aren’t preferred, though a very well-trained pet may be considered.

🎹 Random little bonus: There’s also a piano downstairs if you play (or have always wanted to pretend you do for dramatic movie-scene moments) 😂

📍Location: Safe, clean neighborhood in a super convenient area — about 10 minutes from USF and around 20 minutes from downtown Tampa.

Hi! I’m a working professional in the Tampa area and keep a pretty low-key lifestyle. Right now it’s just me living on the property, so there aren’t any other roommates currently. I also have one very well-behaved dog and cat who are part of the little household crew 😊

I’m clean, respectful, easy to get along with, and really value having a calm, comfortable home environment. I like keeping shared spaces clean and taken care of, and overall just appreciate a peaceful place where everyone can feel at home.
