Master bedroom with attached bathroom AND joined bedroom, usable for WFH office (2 rooms). Master bedroom has a normal closet and a walk in closet, joined bedroom also has a closet. The two rooms are joined by a door and both have doors to the hallway. The rooms are not furnished, but the rest of the house is.

• Located in a quiet neighborhood.
• Utilities (electricity, water, garbage, internet) all included, barring extreme usage/bill spikes (will be discussed).
• There is NO central AC, please plan to invest in a small room AC (5000 BTU).
• Newly renovated kitchen.
• Guaranteed a spot in the garage for parking, Tesla charger included

I’m a engineer in the tech industry in my mid-20s, looking for someone sort of in the same realm. I WFH 3 days of the week. I cook occasionally. Mostly just do my own thing most of the time (work :’) ). A bit nitpicky about being clean. I don’t drink or partake in any substances personally.

• As long as you don’t smoke indoors and aren’t messy, I don’t really care if you do.
• Looking for someone who can align on cleanliness. Will be discussed but general idea is if it’s dirty please clean/wash it ASAP or in the same day.
• Emphasis on communicating, if bringing people over please notify in advance. No parties please.
• Overnight guests need to be discussed in advance.

Looking for only one person, no couples, no pets, females only. Month to month lease but would prefer long term.
