About the room
2 Rooms available, each room is $800 (utilities+wifi included), carpeted, and filled with natural light. (182sqft and 115sqft)
Shared spaces include a large open living room with updated flooring and recessed lighting, a separate dining area, and an oversized kitchen with extensive cabinet storage and countertop space. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, dishwasher, and plenty of room for cooking or meal prep without constantly being in each other’s way. The shared bathroom is shared with the the other room renter and public guests.
Some possibility of storing some things in the garage and an outdoor space just waiting to be developed into a space to spend time/hang out.
House was recently purchased, so it is not currently furnished, but will be over time.
About the roomies
