This is a spacious three bed two bath. One bedroom is mine and the other is my office. Your room is a private room with your own bathroom. Super close to campus, right by the First United Bank Center. The neighborhood is quiet and super safe. I have two dogs and a cat, all three are super friendly and not messy. There’s a nice sized back yard and garage. The totally rent is $1500 before bills, but I’m only asking $600 because I use two of the rooms. I’m also covering the internet bill, so the only bills we’ll split are water and electricity. The house is fully furnished except for the available room. Your room is spacious with a big window and right off of the kitchen. The house has all concrete floors and is an open floor plan. The property management is great, very communicative and quick to respond to maintenance requests.

Hi! ’m a Graduate student at WT getting my Masters of Fine Arts. I’m quiet, and I’m usually either at home or at school. I’m 29, I don’t really party, and will occasionally have a friend or two over for a girls night to hang out in the living room and watch a movie. I like to cook, take my dogs to the dog park, watch reality TV and make art (I’m getting my degree in Ceramics). Because I’m in graduate school, I’m at school a lot. I have a consistent routine and don’t stay up super late because I’m so busy all the time. Looking for someone who is chill and okay with my pets.
