The common living areas will be furnished, but open to adding your furniture as well. In unit washer/dryer, small outdoor deck space, tiny front balcony shared with neighbor, central air, basement storage unit, dishwasher, resident street parking available for $25, shared utilities cost. The apartment is not furnished as seen in the pictures. Room available is pictured as an office.

I’m a female young professional moving into this apartment at the end of the summer. Looking for someone clean, respectful of others, and willing to have open conversations about expectations/boundaries. I’m very chill. I’m happy to socialize and hangout sometimes, but also like to have quiet down time. I am renting the apartment from my family, but they will not be present or at all intrusive.
