The available room is 13 X 14 with two closets on the second floor. It’s private and quiet with a dedicated deadbolt lock. There are 2 bathrooms to share and housekeeping is included with rent. Large common areas on the first floor stocked with board games. Large kitchen and patio in the backyard.

The house is chill and we are looking for housemates who can maintain aura for the house and neighborhood. Clean, respects privacy but okay to link up on occasion for board games or coffee.
