There is a double sink bathroom next to the room to be rented which also opens to the private pool area. The community has a pool, Basketball court, 2 lighted Tennis/Pickleball courts, 2 racquetball courts and exercise area. Wi-Fi, Electric, water and the use of a land line included.
About the roomies
My name is Howard. I am a Commercial / residential Broker and perform on High Holidays as a Cantor. I prefer a female roommate over 50 to share the house with, sharing meals and activities is a possibility.
