Firstly, I am not the landlord, so after I would approve, the landlord would also need to approve and would run a background/credit check and the lease is through Zillow. You would get 2 bedrooms and a full bath and access to a shared kitchen and 2 shared living spaces, previous tenants have generally used one room as a bedroom and the other as an office/gaming setup room, it also comes with a full size bed and frame which can be gotten rid of if not needed/wanted. The listed rooms are on the upper level which is shared only with the master bedroom, and the kitchen and living spaces are on the 2 half levels in the middle, and there is a basement already rented out. The backyard is fenced with a doggie door. You would have parking on the curb, which quite a long space so you don’t need to worry about encroaching on neighbors or having your spot stolen as there is enough space for almost 3 cars. We are in south Springs near the World Arena with all the major supermarkets and fast food within a mile or so, as well as relatively quick access to downtown (maybe 10 minutes or so straight up Nevada with traffic). Quail Lake is within easy walking distance and this neighborhood is overall a quiet and peaceful one. The neighbors are friendly or keep to themselves, with no nose-y or rude neighbors to be mentioned, and we’ve had no complaints about the noise however there are dogs who bark during the day sometimes.

We are 2 adult men working in the semiconductor industry, one works nights and the other days but we both work 12 hour shifts in a compressed schedule, meaning we alternate between 3 and 4 day work weeks. One is M-(e/o)Th and the other is (e/o)Tu-F. We have one large-ish (smaller end of large, ~60lb knee height) dog who is very friendly once he gets to know you, he does not jump unless you rile him up with play. We mostly keep to ourselves, one is in the master next to the 2 bedrooms being listed and the other is in the basement.
