It’s about 15 mins to Rockville Town Center and 25 mins to Bethesda. The two bedrooms, one full shared bathroom are $950.00/mo and $850/mo ($300 security deposit and one months rent at signing) Utilities will be split evenly among roomies.

We are a cool couple who enjoys Food, Happy Hours, our Dogs, Cooking and Soccer (: We will be expanding our family so tenants must accept a newborn and our dogos living at the house. Thank you and stay safe!
