Welcome to my home in sunny San Diego! I’m looking for two roommates in Serra Mesa. Available to move in immediately. Please note that I am renting ONLY the two rooms & NOT the entire condo. I’m offering two unfurnished private bedrooms in a three-bedroom ground-floor condo. The rooms share a bathroom (I occupy the master with a private bath). Rent is $1,300 per room, all utilities included. $1300 security deposit. One assigned parking spot is available, and there is plenty of safe street parking nearby.

The neighborhood is very secure and peaceful—San Diego Police Department, Eastern Division is right next door.

I’m a young professional woman in my late 30s who works full-time Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm. I’m social, active, and enjoy keeping a busy schedule. It would be great to build a friendly relationship with my roommates and occasionally hang out, while also respecting each other’s privacy and boundaries. My home is a safe, clean, quiet, and positive space, and I’m hoping to find roommates who appreciate and help maintain the same kind of environment and energy.

Prospective Tenants:

Clean, respectful, and responsible.

Must provide at least 2 months proof of income.
