Looking for a roommate to go in on an 3bd/2bth at the AMLI Spanish Hills. Your room would be a master bedroom with private bathroom. Utilities are not included but shouldn’t be more than $100 a month. The master has a large walk-in closet and great natural light!

In a great location near the outlets, Ralph’s shopping center, Spanish Hills Country Club, and quick access to the 101.

Me (29) and my current roommate, Jools (25), have lived together in Moorpark for a little over 2 years and are looking for a new roommate! We’re both clean and respectful; definitely people who live in our home, but we stay on top of chores/cleaning 😂

We love our rotting/decompression time, but we also enjoy yapping, running errands, getting sweet treats, or doing the occasional movie night together. Creating a peaceful, safe, and respectful home environment is really important to us. 🙂

We both work full-time and have friends/family nearby, so we’re usually in and out throughout the week. We do occasionally have guests/boyfriends over (maybe once a week or so) and value open communication and consideration around shared spaces.

I also have a cat named Chai 🧡 He’s super sweet (and a little chaotic lol). He currently lives with another cat and two dogs and does great with both. His automatic litter box stays in my room/bathroom, and he doesn’t have any scratching or spraying issues.

I do smoke weed occasionally but am totally happy to keep it outside. We’re not huge drinkers, though we enjoy the occasional night out 💃🏻
