About the room

Very quiet private area . The room is cozy with a large TV. It has its own private bathroom with shower and bath. This is a comfortable size m.h. for 2 people. No sleep overs. It is on 5 acres and I have 5. acres.i am a very private person. I am retired and would like another retired male. I have 2 horses and you are welcome to bring yours.please no dogs or cats. I think my 5 dogs are enough. add. s 2279 N Evans Rd just above 90 a couple of miles. Turn right on 80.. go to 2279 on the left. Property is gaited and completly fenced .

About the roomies

There are no other people living here just a friend that checks on me daily. No pot and no daily drinking. I will drink red wine once or twice a week. So that is ok. Not getting drunk.
