Basement half of 3bd/2bth house in Boulevard Park neighborhood of south Seattle. Quiet suburb of Seattle tucked among greenbelts and small businesses.
Basement includes:
- Large master bedroom with big windows (private view), closet, and wood burning fireplace.
- Sitting area (den) with private entrance.
- Full bath with rain showerhead and jet bathtub.
Shared space:
- Upstairs living room (w/ space for a couch and a TV if you come with either)
- Dining room
- Kitchen
- Basement laundry/utility and large walk-in-closet
- Upstairs back deck
- Downstairs patio w/ covered bench swing
- Front yard with garden managed by main tenant
Ants are a seasonal issue (Seattle is built on a giant anthill), but is managed diligently because there are two indoor-only cats on the property. There are a lot of indoor plants upstairs
Parking is on the street, there’s always space.
About the roomies
Main Roomie is early 30s hobbit-type woman with her two cats (male adult & female kitten), inhabiting the two upstairs rooms. The cats get free reign of the house, but rarely go downstairs as it is. We are dog-friendly, there will need to be a meet&greet to make sure they all get along. Male cat has lived with 4 wiener dogs and the female cat is basically a dog (Siamese). Use your best judgement here please. We are clean, relatively quiet, and chill. The biggest gatherings are a few friends and dinner, no ragers.
