The apartment complex is in Old Town and very near Target. The kitchen, one full bathroom with in-unit dryer and washer, and the common areas are downstairs while three carpeted bedrooms are upstairs with a 1.5 baths. The kitchen has electric stoves and oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Two rooms will be available for the next year’s lease - August 2026 to July 2027. One unfurnished 9x9 bedroom comes with a full bath (including the shared bathtub) on the same floor. The other unfurnished room is 11x10 coming with a half bath. The other full bathroom (standing shower) is downstair. But the bathroom situation can be rearranged. The apartment is cat-friendly only with $35/pet/month. There’s a lot of sunlight during the day inside the apartment, especially in the afternoon. And the closest MAX bus stop is 6 minute walk from the apartment.

I’m a CSU graduate student. I don’t have any pets, but I love cats. I have some small plant pots mainly kept outside. I’m very introverted and quiet, but I love to be friends or just chat with roommates. I clean up after myself and I respect boundaries and personal space.
