Renting a room upstairs next to shared bathroom. You will have full access to kitchen just request that you clean up after yourself. Laundry room is upstairs for use. We have a community swimming pool and jacuzzi as well. Room will be empty unfurnished for you before move in. I am a single mom living with 2 teens and 1 adult daughter. We do have dogs and cats so you must be animal friendly. Our home is super clean and safe. All utilities and internet included in rent. Please only serious inquiries. Thank you.
