I and my friend are looking for a financially responsible drama free sober person to fill another single room! The apartment is in south reno, called Lakeview apartment, and the lease ends March 14th 2027. You’ll be sharing bathroom with a guy. We can provide you a full mattress if needed. We require a proof of income prior to move-in. Wifi, electricity, trash fees are included. Water and sewer are gonna be splitted by the number of roommates. Parking not included.
