About the room
Located on a quiet street dead-ending into Albany Hill, our house is a sweet combination of near everything but away from it all. We’re walking distance to Trader Joe’s and El Cerrito Plaza BART, 2 minutes drive from the freeway entrance, and a 2-minute walk to the woods of Albany Hill. The room is 11X11, on the second floor of the house, in a super sunny corner with its own bathroom.
About the roomies
We are a 58-year-old mom, a 17-year old son, and our orange tabby cat. I work out of a home office, and my son is a junior in high school. We love living with other people and welcome both extroverts who like to interact and introverts who prefer to keep to themselves. We are queer- and trans-friendly, happy to share meals when it works, and respectful of the needs of others in the house.
